This paper obtains lower bounds on the first eigenvalue of the Dirichlet and Neumann eigenvalue problems for the drifting Laplace operator \(\mathfrak{L}\) on relatively compact domains with piecewise smooth boundaries in self-shrinkers. Recall that according to [\textit{T. H. Colding} and \textit{W. P. Minicozzi II}, Comment. Math. Helv. 87, No. 2, 463--475 (2012; Zbl 1258.53069); Ann. Math. (2) 175, No. 2, 755--833 (2012; Zbl 1239.53084)], a self-shrinker is a hypersurface \(X : \Sigma^n \rightarrow \mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) that satisfies the equation \[ H - \frac{\langle X, N\rangle}{2} = 0,\] where \(H\) and \(N\) are respectively the mean curvature and the unit normal vector of \(\Sigma^n\), and the drifting Laplace operator is defined as \[ \mathfrak{L}(\cdot) = \Delta(\cdot) - g(\nabla\rho,\nabla(\cdot))\] where \(\Delta\), \(\nabla\), and \(g\) denote respectively the Laplacian, the gradient operator, and the induced metric on \(\Sigma^n\), and where \(\rho = \frac {|X|^2}4\).
