The authors investigate the existence of periodic solutions for some discrete periodic Lotka-Volterra systems with delays. They use Mawhin's continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory in order to prove the existence of at least one positive periodic solution for the system. Sufficient conditions are also obtained in order to show that the system is permanent.
