Persistence in models of predator-prey populations with diffusion (Q1084252): Difference between revisions

There is a wealth of literature on persistence of predator-prey systems whose populations are spatially homogeneous. This paper addresses the persistence question for such systems whose populations are allowed to diffuse in space and it is shown that persistence is not affected by diffusion in a large class of systems.
