The authors prove the stability of a nodal spline collocation method for strongly elliptic pseudo-differential operators of order zero in \(L^ 2(\Omega)\) where \(\Omega\) is a bounded Lipschity domain in \(\mathbb{R}^ n\). Asymptotic error estimate is obtained for a right hand side \(f\in H^ s(\Omega)\), \(s>{m \over 2}\).
