Markett's results on summability of modified Laguerre expansions are strengthened. It is established that \(\alpha=1/6\) is the critical index for the Cesaro summability and for \(\alpha>1/6\) Cesaro means converge almost everywhere. Also presented is an analogue of the Fejer-Lebesgue theorem.
