This paper deals with parameter identification of a linear nonautonomous dynamic system of ordinary differential equations with multipoint non-separated boundary conditions. The author reduces the identification problem to an algebraic system of equations or to a quadratic programming problem. To do that a new version of the method of transfer of boundary conditions (called a shift of conditions) is proposed. It allows one to get rid of differential constraints and multipoint non-separated initial boundary-value conditions. A numerical example is treated.
