The paper presents a new method for the analysis of linear discrete systems. The method is recursive and follows directly from the well-known relation between a bilinear transformation and an upper triangular block- pulse operational matrix for integration. The method can be used instead of the cumbersome methods of analysis of discrete systems via operational matrices of shifted orthogonal functions.
