Summary: A characterization of analytic self-maps of the open unit disk in terms of their Taylor coefficients is due to \textit{I. Schur} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 147, 205--232 (1918; JFM 46.0475.01)]. We present a boundary analog of this result.
