    The Maass Hamiltonian acting in \(L^2(\mathbb{H})\) is given by the expression \[ H(0) = y^2 \left(\frac{1}{\sqrt{-1}}\frac{\partial}{\partial x} - \frac{B}{y}\right)^2 - y^2 \frac{\partial^2}{\partial y^2}, \] where \(B\) is a real constant and \(\mathbb{H} = \{z=(x,y)|x\in\mathbb{R},\;y>0\}\) is the hyperbolic plane. The physical meaning of the operator \(H(0)\) is that it is the Hamiltonian which governs a non-relativistic charged particle moving on \(\mathbb{H}\) under the constant magnetic field \(B\) perpendicular to \(\mathbb{H}\). The spectrum of the Maass Hamiltonian consists of two disjoint parts: the continuous part and the discrete Landau levels if \(|B| > 1/2\). Following \textit{G. D. Raikov} and \textit{S. Warzel} [Rev. Math. Phys. 14, No. 10, 1051--1072 (2002; Zbl 1033.81038)], the asymptotic distribution of the discrete spectrum of \(H(V)=H(0)+V\) is obtained near each discrete Landau level when \(V\) is real-valued, asymptotically spherically symmetric and satisfies some decay estimates near infinity, or \(V\) is compactly supported.
