The paper has been reviewed together with the first one [ibid. 42, No.3, 511-540 (1990; Zbl 0707.57010)]. Both papers study the geometries of 4- dimensional Seifert fibered spaces fibered by 2-dimensional tori (as regular fibers) over 2-dimensional base-orbifolds. There are 8 relevant geometries. The manifolds fibering over a Euclidean base have been classified in the first paper, the manifolds belonging to the remaining 4 geometries are treated in the present one (bad, spherical or hyperbolic base).
