This papers deals with an exact formula for the mean number of claims served by a one-channel queuing system (QS) with rejections on a given interval. Concretely, non-asymptotic formulas for the mean number of claims served on an arbitrary time interval and values close in meaning are derived. Accordingly, the QS efficiency indexes on an arbitrary time interval may be exactly calculated.
