Let E be a locally convex (real) topological vector space and let L be a finite dimensional vector lattice. The author investigates systems of linear inequalities of the form \[ F(x_ r)\geq a_ r\quad for\quad r\in I, \] where \((x_ r)\) (r\(\in I)\) is an indexed family of elements of E and \((a_ r)\) (r\(\in I)\) is a corresponding family of elements of L. The author obtains a consistency condition for the system and a duality theorem for a linear extremum problem with the systems and constraints.
