    Soit \(M\) une variété Riemannienne complète. On suppose que le volume \(v(x,r)\) de la boule de centre \(x\) et de rayon \(r\) vérifie la propriété suivante: il existe des constantes \(\delta_0\geq 0\), \(C\) et \(d\geq 0\) telles que \[ v(x,r)\leq Ce^{\delta_0r}(r/s)^dv(x,s)\quad \forall x\in M,\;0<s\leq r<\infty. \] Si \(\delta_0=0\), c'est la propriété du doublement du volume. Soit \(\Omega\) un ouvert quelconque de \(M\) et \(A\) un opérateur de Schrödinger (avec champ magnétique) sur \(L^2(\Omega)\), aux conditions au bord de Dirichlet. Les résultats principaux du papier sont les suivants: 1. Estimations fines du noyay de la chaleur de l'opérateur \(A\). 2. Nouvelles estimations de la norme \(L^p\) du semi-groupe correspondant \((e^{-tA},t>0)\) si \(\delta_0=0\). 3. Dans le cas \(\delta_0=0\) et obsence du champ magnétique, preuve de l'existence d'une solution positive globale du problème \[ \begin{cases} \frac{\partial u}{\partial t}=Au+u^\gamma& \text{sur }[0,\infty)\times\Omega,\;\gamma>1,\\ u(t,\cdot)=0& \text{sur }[0,\infty)\times\partial\Omega,\\ u(0,\cdot)=\varphi & \text{sur }\Omega, \;0\leq\varphi\in L^p(\Omega).\end{cases} \]
