[For part I see ibid. 5, 1273-1279 (1984; Zbl 0549.54034).] This note deals with the problem of existence of common fixed points for ''fuzzy mappings'' (mappings from a space X to \([0,1]^ X)\). The main results are existence criteria of common fixed points for at most countable families of fuzzy mappings and extend theorems due to \textit{S. B. Nadler}, jun. [Pac. J. Math. 30, 475-488 (1969; Zbl 0187.450)] and \textit{S. Heilpern} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 83, 566-569 (1981; Zbl 0486.54006)]. From the point of view of applications these results are of interest in game theory in connection with a result of the reviewer in Advances in fuzzy set theory and applications.
