Die Note enthält einen neuen Beweis des folgenden Satzes: Wenn für eine ganze Funktion \(f(z)\) zwei verschiedene rationale Funktionen \(R_1(z)\) und \(R_2(z)\) existieren, derart, daß\ die Gleichung \[ [g(z) - R_1(z)] [g(z) R_2(z)] = 0 \] nur eine endliche Zahl von Nullstellen besitzt, so ist \(g(z)\) ein Polynom.
