    Generalizing the concept of stochastic parallel transport along a trajectory of a diffusion process to Finsler manifolds (with Cartan connection), the machinery of diffusion processes is established. With this at hand, the basic standard diffusion results on Riemannian manifolds are transferred to the Finsler setting.
