Summary: A novel way to implement a color image filter is introduced here. The quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) framework is adopted due to its adequacy to implement highly parallel systems. The principle behind the new design is explained in detail, and simulation results are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
