Considered are Finsler metrics of constant flag curvature that are non-projectively flat. The author discusses the classification problem for such metrics. The goal of the paper is to construct new examples of non-projectively flat constant flag curvature Finsler metrics. All examples presented in the paper -- Theorem 1.1 (constant positive flag curvature on \(S^{2}\)), Theorems 1.2, 1.3 (constant negative flag curvature on \(D^{2}\)) are Randers metrics: the Finsler metric function \(F\) is given in the form \(F(x,y) =\sqrt{g(x,y) } +\omega(y) \), where \(g\) is a Riemannian metric and \(\omega\) is a \(1\)-form.
