The asymptotic properties at future null infinity of the solution of relativistic Vlasov-Maxwell system of equations are investigated. The medium is a collisionless plasma. Formerly the author investigated the question of global existence for small data, i.e., when no radiation affects the system. Now incoming radiation is taken into account. The author shows that there is a non-negative quantity, associated with the plasma, which decreases as a consequence of the dissipation of energy in form of outgoing radiation. It is shown that this quantity represents the analogy of the Bondi mass in general relativity.
