The following equation \[ By'+Q(x)y=\lambda y \] is considered, where \(B\) is a constant matrix, \(Q(x)\) is a matrix function, \(y\) is a matrix function which subjects to certain boundary conditions. The direct spectral problems are considered. By constructing a non-vanishing entire function in the variable \(\lambda\), the spectra are determined exactly as the zeros of the entire function. The uniqueness of the inverse problem is also proved. Furthermore, the reconstruction of the spectra is investigated by Hadamard's factorization theorem.
