An analytical method is presented which solves two-dimensional potential flow in a rectangular domain containing multiple vortices fixed in space. A double infinite image system is used to satisfy the zero normal velocity boundary condition. Because of its accuracy and speed of calculation, the solution can serve as the building block for predicting wall-driven cavity flows at high Reynolds number using the random vortex method of \textit{A. J. Chorin} [J. Fluid Mech. 57, 785-797 (1973)].
