In an attempt to use the formalism of quantum mechanics in domains of science outside of physics, the author proposes here a new quantum (referred to as quantum-like) representation of incomplete information which would apply to any biological, cognitive, social, political and economical system. This formalism is the continuation of the so-called Växjö model and is mainly a contextualist statistical model. The Boolean logic is revisited, as well as the meaning of the wave function in the framework of contexts, and the core of the paper is a statistical test to identify quantum-like structure.
