The paper focuses on the iterative solution of the augmented linear system \([A ~B; -B^T ~0] [x; y] = [b; q]\), where \(A\) is \(m \times m\) symmetric and positive definite and \(B\) is \(m \times n\) (\(m \geq n\)). The authors propose a product-type generalized block accelerated overrelaxation (AOR) method and study its convergence.
