The two dimensional Toda lattice connected with contragradient Lie superalgebras is studied. The systems of linear equations associated with the models for which the inverse scattering method is applicable are written down. The complete classification of the systems contains five infinite series and four special systems. The associated linear sets are constructed and all classes of models are explicitly worked out. The definition and calculation of the group of reduction from contragradient Lie superalgebras is then discussed. Some unsolved problems are discussed.
