A bound for the perturbation of invariant subspaces of non-singular Hermitian matrix \(H=D^*AD\) which is perturbed into \(H+\delta H=D^*(A+\delta A)D\) is given. The bounds require only the knowledge of the size of the relative perturbation \(\|\delta A\|\) and generalize some of the relative perturbation results.
