Generalizing the two-dimensional relative isoperimetric inequality \(L^2\geq 2\pi A\) in a planar sector with angle \(\geq\pi\), the author proves an optimal relative isoperimetric inequality in concave cylindrical domains in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). This inequality is related to the Sobolev inequalities and the mixed boundary value problems of partial differential equations.
