Characteristics of fermions pair production is important for the study of the properties of the \(Z\)-boson and for precision tests of the Standard Model at linear colliders at higher energies. High precision correction computation are needed for obtaining necessary data. ZFITTER is a Fortran 77 program based on a semi-analytical approach to fermions pair production in \(e^+ e^-\) annihilation at a wide range of centre-of-mass energies. The paper gives detailed descriptions of all physical parameter which can be calculated by the ZFITTER program.
