Stability of linear retarded dynamical systems with constant coefficients and finitely many interval-valued discrete delays is considered. Necessary and sufficient conditions are established for stability of the family of exponential polynomials \[ f_ T(z):= f_ 0(z)+ f_ 1(z) e^{-zT_ 1}+ f_ 2(z) e^{-zT_ 2}+\cdots + f_ n(z) e^{-zT_ n}, \] where \(0< T_ 1< T_ 2<\cdots< T_ n\) are intervals in \(\mathbb{R}_ +\), \(f_ k(z)\) are real polynomials such that \(\text{deg }f_ 0(z)> \text{deg }f_ k(z)\), \(k= 1,\dots, n\).
