Verf. stellt die Theorie der ``neuen verallgemeinerten Funktionen'' von \textit{J. F. Colombeau} (Zbl 0584.46024) dar. Die dort benutzen Räume \(A_ q\) werden hier durch die leicht modifizierten \(\bar A_ q\) ersetzt. Dies gestattet es zum Beispiel, die Einschränkung einer verallgemeinerten Funktion auf affine Teilräume zu definieren. Die Theorie wird auf die Lösung von nichtlinearen partiellen Differentialgleichungen angewandt.
