In a recent work \textit{Z.-Z. Bai, B. N. Parlett, Z.-Q. Wang} [Numer. Math. 102, No.~1, 1--38 (2005; Zbl 1083.65034)] had presented an efficient parametrised Uzawa algorithm for the nonsingular saddle problem was presented. In this paper the authors prove semi-convergence of this methods under mild constraints on the iteration parameters. Optimal parameters are computed and numerical results are shown.
