The paper reports on the computer-algebra program CONVODE working on the basis of the well-known package REDUCE. The program provides explicit solutions for ordinary differential equations of many types which can be solved in closed form. The author briefly describes some of these types of equations and how they are treated by CONVODE. Furthermore, a list of selected test examples is presented.
