Die notwendige und hinreichende Bedingung dafür, daß eine Regelfläche selbst-dual sei, besteht darin, daß sie zu einem nicht-speziellen Linienkomplexe gehört. ``Daß die obige Bedingung hinreicht, wurde von Lie ohne Beweis in Math. Ann. 5, 179 ausgesagt (F. d. M. 4, 408-411, 1872, JFM 04.0408.01). Im vorigen Jahre bewies Wilczynski den Satz durch die Anwendung von Differentialgleichungen (Math. Ann. 58, 249, F. d. M. 34, 669, 1993, JFM 34.0669.03). Der folgende Beweis ist algebraisch.''
