Numerical solution of differential algebraic equations and computation of consistent initial/boundary conditions (Q1379026): Difference between revisions

The authors apply boundary value methods to differential algebraic equations (DAEs). Generalized backward differentiation formula methods are considered in particular and they are shown to retain the order of convergence when applied to index 1 DAEs. Finally the authors present a number of numerical experiments.
