Let \(\phi\) be a holomorphic cusp form (resp. Maass form) of weight \(k\in\mathbb{Z}_{>0}\) (resp. \(0\)). The first moment to which the title of this article refers has the form: \begin{align*} &\sum_{j}\frac{h(r_j)}{\cosh(\pi r_j)}\rho_j(n)\mathcal{L}(\phi\times\bar{u_j})\\ +&\sum_{\mathfrak{a}}\frac{1}{4\pi}\int_{-\infty}^{\infty}\frac{h(r)}{\cosh(\pi r)}\tau(1/2+ir,n)\mathcal{L}_{\mathfrak{a}}(s,ir,\phi)dr, \end{align*} in which \(\{u_j\}_{j\geq1}\) (resp. \(\{E_{\mathfrak{a}}(z,s)\}_{\mathfrak{a}}\)) form an orthonormal basis for the cuspidal part of \(L^2(\Gamma_0(M)\backslash\mathcal{H})\) (resp. are the Eisenstein series at the cusps), \(r_j\) is related to the eigenvalue of \(u_j\), \(n\) is a positive integer, \(\rho_j(n)\) (resp. \(\tau_{\mathfrak{a}}(1/2+ir,n)\)) is the \(n\)th Fourier coefficient of \(u_j(z)\) (resp. \(E_{\mathfrak{a}}(z,1/2+ir)\)), and \(\mathcal{L}(s,\phi\times u_j)\) and \(\mathcal{L}_{\mathfrak{a}}(s,ir,\phi)\) are Rankin-Selberg convolutions. It is established that the first moment above is equal to the sum of a main term and an error term, in which the latter are related to shited Dirichlet series. As a consequence it is shown that, if \(\phi_1,\phi_2\) are normalized newforms of even weight, or Maass forms of weight \(0\), and \(\mathcal{L}(1/2,\phi_1\times u_j)=\mathcal{L}(1/2,\phi_2\times u_j)\) for sufficiently many \(j\), then \(\phi_1=\phi_2\).
