In this paper, the authors prove that any complex differential equation with two monomials of a special form has at most one limit cycle. For an arbitrary equation of this form, they also solve the centre-focus problem and examine the number, position, and type of its critical points proving a Berlinskii-type result regarding the geometrical distribution of the critical points.
