Looking for the general frame of papers by \textit{H. Bass} [Ann. J. Math. 96, 156-206 (1974; Zbl 0344.15017)] and by \textit{M.-A. Knus} and \textit{A. Paques} [J. Algebra 93, 267-291 (1982; Zbl 0625.16003)] the author proves the following theorem: Let \(G\) be a finite commutative group scheme over an integral domain \(R\). Suppose that \(G(R)=G(K)\), where \(K\) is the fraction field. Then \(H^ 1(R,G)=\prod_{\mathfrak m}H^ 1(R_{\mathfrak m},G)\) is injective, where \(R_{\mathfrak m}\) runs over the localizations at maximal ideals.
