The Hartman-Grobman theorem yields a topological linearization of a nonlinear differential equation \(x' = Ax + f(x)\) if \(A\) is hyperbolic. If \(A\) is not hyperbolic then one gets a transformation to an ``almost'' linear equation on a center manifold. The author proves in this paper that even if \(A\) is not hyperbolic one can get a linearization, provided \(f(x)\) has a suitable structure.
