Let \(H\) be a real separable Hilbert space with inner product \(\langle \cdot,\cdot\rangle\). Let \(N_0\varphi = L\varphi+\langle \gamma x+F_0(x),D\varphi\rangle\), where \(L\varphi = {1\over 2}\operatorname {Tr}[CD^2\varphi]+\langle Ax,D\varphi\rangle\) is an Ornstein-Uhlenbeck generator, \(D\varphi\) is Fréchet derivative of \(\varphi\), \(F_0\) is a nonlinear dissipative mapping in \(H\), and \(\gamma\in\mathbb{R}\). Under certain conditions, with an appropriate choice of the domain, it is proved that \(N_0\) is closable and its closure \(N\) is \(m\)-dissipative on \(L^2(H,\nu)\), where \(\nu\) is an invariant measure for the semigroup generated by \(N\).
