This paper is a continuation of the author's article [Differ. Equations 33, No. 12, 1726-1732 (1999; Zbl 0969.35070)]. The author derives estimates in Hölder spaces for second-order spatial derivatives of a parabolic volume mass potential. As an application she got estimates for higher derivatives of the solution of the first boundary value problem for a parabolic equation in noncylindrical domains whose lateral boundary is not smooth with respect to \(t\).
