    Here, the authors present existence and multiplicity results on the boundary value problem \[ u''+u+ g(t,u,u')= p(t),\;t\in(0,\pi),\;u(0)=u(\pi) =0. \] The function \(g\in (\langle 0,\pi\rangle \times\mathbb{R}^1 \times\mathbb{R}^1; \mathbb{R}^1)\) is continuous and bounded or continuous and satisfies the condition \[ \bigl |g(t,u,v)- g(t,\overline u,\overline v)\bigr |\leq M|u-\overline u|+ N|v-\overline v|. \] Nearby, \(M,N,\overline u,u, \overline v,v\in \mathbb{R}^1\) and \(M^2+4N^2< {9\over 2}\).
