In this paper, for a fixed group \(G\) of transformations of a finite set, the author studies the inverse monoid obtained by restricting elements of \(G\) to subsets. This is a factorizable inverse monoid in the sense that each element of this monoid can be written as a product of an invertible element and an idempotent. The author shows that the only congruence included in Green's relation \(\mathcal H\) of this monoid is the equality relation. Further, the author describes automorphisms of this monoid and establishes some necessary and sufficient conditions for each stable order on this monoid to be fundamental or anti-fundamental.
