The authors study a Dirichlet problem of the Abreu equation on bounded strictly convex domains with degenerate boundary conditions. For this, results of Trudinger and Wang are applied. The authors show the interior regularity of the solutions of the perturbational Abreu equation for \(\theta \neq 0\) and with degenerate boundary values, then by taking \(\theta \to 0\) and letting the boundary values tend to a degenerate boundary value, they prove that the limit of such solutions exits. Hence the Abreu equation with degenerate boundary value is solved. As application such solutions induce Kähler metrics of constant scalar curvature on complex torus.
