In the article a sufficient condition is sought to verify that a weak solution of the Navier Stokes system, the Euler system and MHD system of equations on a space-time cylinder \(\mathbb {R}^N\times (0,T)\), \(N\geq 2\), \(T>0\) is trivial. Let a weight \(w\) be fixed. For Navier Stokes equations it is shown that if the weak solution \((v,p)\in L^2(0,T,L^2_{loc}(\mathbb {R}^N))\times L^1(0,T,L^1_{loc}(\mathbb {R}^N)) \) satisfies the inequalities \[ \int _0^T\int _{\Omega }(| v| ^2+| p| )w_1<+\infty ,\quad \int _0^T\int _{\Omega } p w_2\geq 0 \] for certain weights \(w_1\) and \(w_2\) derived from \(w\), then \(v=0\) a.e. on \(\mathbb {R}^N\times (0,T)\). Similar result is also shown for the MHD and Euler equations. It seems that in the statements of Theorems 1.1 and 3.1 a slightly stronger assumptions on the regularity of the weight \(w\) should be required to ensure that the function \(\varphi _R\) in (2.3) and (3.6) satisfies \(\varphi _R\in W^{3,\infty }_0(\mathbb {R}^N)\).
