This paper is concerned with the study of solutions to the biharmonic equation \(\Delta^2u =0\) in an unbounded domain \(\Omega\subset {\mathbb R}^n\) subject to boundary conditions \(\frac{\partial u}{\partial \nu}= \frac{\partial \Delta u}{\partial \nu}=0\) on \(\partial\Omega\). The solution \(u\) is assumed to satisfy \[ \int_{\Omega}|x|^\alpha \sum_{|\alpha|=2}D^\alpha u dx<\infty. \] Under various assumptions on the exponent \(a\), the uniqueness of the solution as well as explicit formulae for solution representations are obtained.
