The authors prove an existence result to the following differential inclusion in a separable Hilbert space \(H\) \[ x'(t) \in F(t,x(t)) \text{ for a.e. } t \in [0,T] \] with a nonlocal Cauchy condition \[ x(0)=Mx, \] where \(F:[0,T] \times H\to H\) is a multivalued map and \(M:C([0,T];H) \to H\) is a bounded linear operator. Periodic, anti-periodic, mean value and multipoint conditions are included in their investigation based on a combination of approximation solvability method with Hartmann-type inequalities. In the last part they present a feedback control problem associated to a first order partial differential equation.
