The present paper is an extended review of research carried by the author [Nucl. Phys. B., Suppl. 5, 137-145 (1988) and in collaboration with \textit{L. Baulieu} and \textit{M. Bellon}, Nucl. Phys. B 321, 697-716 (1989)]. First, the factorized BRS geometry in two space-time dimensions is presented in detail. Then, as a generalization of this theory, the superspace geometry is described, with both Lorentz and Weyl transformations present in the structure group. This kind of superspace geometry enables the author to identify Beltrami variables and establish the corresponding factorized BRS algebra. In the last part of the paper the superfield Beltrami equations, conformal and superconformal theories are presented, and in this framework matter superfields are described.
