We prove the possibility of a periodic diagonalization for the differential system \({\dot \phi}=a(\phi)\), \(\dot x=A(\phi)x\), where \(\phi =(\phi_ 1,...,\phi_ m)\), \(x=(x_ 1,...,x_ n)\), a and A being periodical, with 2\(\pi\) period in \(\phi_ 1,...,\phi_ m\) and of \(C^ r\) class, \(r\geq 1\).
