This paper deals with continuously differentiable solutions \(f: \mathbb{R}^{2n} \rightarrow \mathbb{C}_n\) of the so-called isotonic system \(\partial_{\underline{x}_1} f + i \tilde{f} \partial_{\underline{x}_2} = 0 \). Here \(\partial_{\underline{x}_1}\) and \(\partial_{\underline{x}_2}\) denote the so-called Dirac operators defined as \( \partial_{\underline{x}_1} = \sum_{j=1}^{n} e_j \partial_{x_j}\) and \(\partial_{\underline{x}_2} = \sum_{j=1}^{n} e_j \partial_{x_{n+j}}\), where \( \{ e_1 , \dots , e_n \}\) are the generators of the complex Clifford algebra \(\mathbb{C}_n\) satisfying the non-commutative multiplication rules \( e_j^2 = 1 \;, \;j=1, \dots , n\), and \(e_j e_k + e_k e_j = 0 \;, \;j \not= k\). Moreover, \(\tilde{f}\) denotes the main involution of \(f\). These so-called isotonic functions are closely related to holomorphic functions of several complex variables. Indeed, if a function \(f\) is isotonic and takes its values in the space of scalars \(\mathbb{C}\), then it is a holomorphic function with respect to the \(n\) complex variables \(z_j = x_j + i x_{n+j}\), \(j=1,\dots,n\). The aim of the paper is to bring together the two areas of isotonic and holomorphic functions. In particular, in the paper is studied how far some classical holomorphic extension theorems can be stretched when the regularity of the boundary is reduced from \(C^1\)-smooth to Lipschitz. As an illustration, a complete viewpoint on simplified proofs of Kytmanov-Aronov-Aĭzenberg type theorems for the case \(n=2\) is given.
