    The averaging method is justified for the first time for systems of singularly perturbed differential equations \(\dot x(t)=X(t,t/\mu,x(t),y(t),\mu),\) \(\mu \dot y(t)=Y(t,x(t),y(t))\) with impulses, where \(x(t)\in {\mathbb{R}}^ n\), \(y(t)\in {\mathbb{R}}^ m\) and \(\mu >0\) is a small parameter.
