The author shows the existence and uniqueness of a quadratic spline interpolating to a function \(f(z(t))=F(t)\) at an intermediate point of each subarc of a finite subdivision of a closed Jordan curve. He also discusses rates of convergence, in terms of moduli of continuity, under various assumptions concerning the continuity of F, F' and F''.
